ABOUT THE LQW TEAM

The LIFEQUESTWEEKEND team is a small band of freedom-fighters dedicated to creating space & environment where men can meet with God — raw, unfettered, honest, and set apart from all that distracts and pulls at us, as men. We are a band of brothers, friends and allies who walk with God and each other. Our highest priority as a team is that we live what we teach and offer ourselves and our message from a with-God life.

We are men on a journey, just like you. And, part of our journey is to bring these events to you (LIFEQUESTWEEKEND|WILD AT HEART & LIFEQUESTWEEKEND|EXPERIENCE) to you — our small network of men’s singular purpose is to BRING LIFE to men and women.  We come from different churches and backgrounds and are united in our desire to help each other find real LIFE!  So, what you get may not be perfectly polished, but it will be real and God-driven.

Some on our team have had the privilege of attending the WILD AT HEART | BOOT CAMP and “Advanced” camp in Colorado, hosted by John Eldredge and the Wild at Heart team. These events (and the Wild at Heart message) has changed our lives in irrevocable ways — and so we want YOU to experience the same things and atmosphere we experienced in Colorado. It was our experiences with God that led us to begin doing the LIFEQUESTWEEKEND here in Indiana. God put a burning in our heart to do these retreats to restore men and see their hearts set free.

We believe Jesus’ ministry of Healing, Freedom, Release, Strengthening, and people becoming displays of God’s splendor* is something we see as PRACTICAL, AVAILABLE, and POSSIBLE.  We want to see men and women set free to live out the calling God has placed in them.

In light of this mission, we keep very active in pursuing issues of the heart.  We walk in the messages outlined by John Eldredge and the WildAtHeart.org team, Morgan Snyder (Becoming a King), Gary Barkalow (Calling), and others.
