A HANDFUL OF MEN WITH A PURPOSE
The LIFEQUEST team is a small band of freedom-fighters dedicated to creating space and an environment where men can meet with God… raw, unfettered, honest, and set apart from all that distracts and pulls at us as men.
We are a band of brothers, friends and allies who walk with God and each other. Our highest priority as a team is that we live what we teach and offer ourselves and our message from a with-God life.
We are men on a journey, just like you.
And part of our journey is creating places where other men can step away from the noise, reconnect with God, and walk alongside other men.
Sometimes that means an immersive LIFEQUEST retreat. Sometimes it’s a Wild at Heart FIRE, a hike, a movie night, a canoe outing, or simply a gathering of men around a fire. And sometimes it means intentionally stepping away for a time to regroup, reorient, and listen for what God is doing next.
Different settings. Different seasons. The same purpose: to HELP MEN FIND LIFE.
We come from different churches and backgrounds and are united in our desire to help each other find real LIFE. So, what you get may not be perfectly polished… but it will be real and God-driven.
HOW WE GOT HERE
Some on our team have had the privilege of attending WILD AT HEART | BOOT CAMP and the Advanced retreat in Colorado, hosted by John Eldredge and the Wild at Heart team.
Those events, and the Wild at Heart message, have changed our lives in irrevocable ways. And so we want YOU to experience something of what we experienced in Colorado.
It was our experiences with God there that led us to begin doing LIFEQUEST retreats here in Indiana. God put a burning in our hearts to create these kinds of spaces for men… places where God can restore men and set their hearts free.
Retreats were where LIFEQUEST began. But the mission was always bigger than a weekend.
WHAT WE BELIEVE IS POSSIBLE
We believe Jesus’ ministry of Healing, Freedom, Release, Strengthening, and people becoming displays of God’s splendor (*) is PRACTICAL, AVAILABLE, and POSSIBLE. Men set free… becoming who God intended them to be, finding and fulfilling their great PURPOSE and calling.
WE’RE STILL ON THE JOURNEY
In light of this mission, we keep very active in pursuing issues of the heart.
We walk in the messages outlined by John Eldredge and the Wild at Heart team, Morgan Snyder (Becoming a King), Gary Barkalow (Calling), and others.
These messages continue to shape us… our Story. Desire. Journey. Awareness. Who we are, where God is moving, and who we are becoming.
What we’ve experienced has changed us, and we can’t help but offer it to you.
And now, here on the trail, our paths are crossing.
Maybe something we’ve been given can help you understand more of your own story… awaken desire… become more aware of God along the journey… and keep becoming the man He has always intended you to be.
